“Letters to Maman is an intimate, multidisciplinary project rooted in the desire to connect with the mother I lost at age seven. Through a synthesis of painting, drawing, and prose, I translate the internal dialogue of grief into a tangible visual language. This series is a pursuit of presence, an artistic endeavor to maintain an enduring, living connection with her through the act of creation.
